Tests and Mental Measurements: Home

About

Tests, or mental measurements, may also be referred to variously as: measures, assessments, assessment instruments, questionnaires, scales

Tests are a cornerstone for research in psychology and education, but they are also important in additional disciplines such as business (occupational aptitude) or exercise and sport science.

Finding a test can be a complicated task. Some tests may be freely available, but locating them may require the use of multiple sources in order to perform a comprehensive search. Other tests are only available for purchase from the publisher.

Murphy Library offers numerous specialized research tools for identifying tests, finding test reviews, and finding sources for tests.

The library also holds some tests in their entirety (full text).
