The Center for Advancing Teaching and Learning (CATL) has pulled together an excellent Instructor's Guide to Inclusive Excellence on their website.
Inclusive Negligence: Helping Educators Address Racial Inequality at UWL was a student-driven project created as a tool for professional development to help faculty, staff, and administrators create a campus environment in which students of color feel safe, valued, and included. An accompanying film guide containing suggested actions and resources is also available.
